Here you can get nightly .tar.gz snapshots (with prebuilt documentation) and
x86 .debs built on Debian Testing. You can use apt to track these by putting
something like this in your sources.list:

deb http://get.bitlbee.org/devel/main/ ./

If there are two (or more) branches in active development you can also
replace "main" with the branch you want to track.
